Hello Quilters . . . Memorial Day is over and it is hard to believe that the summer season has officially begun. The calendar says so, but the weather has us feeling differently. Maybe we should be offering classes in flannel quilt construction. :)
Anyway the warmer temperatures along with the humidity will eventually return. Then we will once again find ourselves in the house looking for something to do. Make sure you stop in here for ideas to fill your summer time. We have kits and classes that will help you get through the heat and humidity.
Don't forget, now is the best time to be thinking of your Christmas projects. Christmas fabric, books and patterns have already started to arrive and will continue to do so through July. Plan ahead because the fabrics go fast and we don't get a chance to reorder seasonal prints.
Be sure to check out the new classes and new blocks of the month and clubs that we will be offering this summer.

About Us . . .
We have been operating
from our currant location since 2001. The "we" consists of owners, Vicki, Lisa and Julie and 8 employees. Having 3 owners makes our shop diverse in the types of fabrics, patterns, and designs we carry at our shop. We are known for our vast collection of batiks, shop original patterns, and beautiful floral prints. We offer many classes throughout the year, so if you are wondering where to learn a special technique, check out our class schedule.
We carry Island Batiks, Michael Miller Fairy Frost, Hoffman Batiks, various cat and dog fabric, various kid prints, moda, and so much more.
Twice a year, Spring and Fall, we hold a Shop Hop, with 7 of the other local shops.
