Beginner’s rotary Cutting and Piecing $45
February 3 and 10 12-4pm o3 6-9pm Or March 3 and 10 12-3pm or 6-9 pm
In this class you will learn basic quilting terminology, color selection, fabric selection plus, how to cut accurate pieces and sew them together into lovely 37 x 37 quilt top. We will have fun sewing in class; however, some homework will be required. Please see the shop sample for fabric selection ideas.
Trapunto $20
Monday February 15 6-9pm or Tuesday February 16 1-4pm
In this class you will learn the old, classic, heirloom technique in a fun easy way. Must know how to do free-motion quilting. Patterns supplied.
Machine Appliqué $10
Tuesday February 23 1-3pm
Join us as we explore the basics of machine appliqué. You will learn on a tea towel so you will have a finished project when you leave.
Rug Hooking $10
Tuesday March 9 1-4 pm
Learn how to make this old fashioned rug. The best part is that it uses scrapes from your stash. All that you need is the hook and canvas to weave them on
Machine Quilting $25
Thursday March 18 6-9pm
Want to know how to machine quilt? Or do you already know how, but are afraid to try? Come and learn, practice and refine your technique. When you are finished you should no longer be intimidated by free motion quilting. You will learn about needles, different threads, basting techniques, and marking tools. This is a hands on class. You will be able to try different marking tools and experiment with different threads. Class size is limited.
Paper piecing $10
Monday March 22 5-8pm
Enjoy a fun evening out and learn to paper piece. Bring your own pattern or choose one from the shop. This technique opens a whole new world of quilting possibilities

- There are no refunds unless the class is cancelled. If you can't come, try to find a replacement.

- Cutting mats and rulers are provided by Piece by Piece for use in our classroom.
